Art Specifications

File Formats
Please send .tiff, .jpg., .eps, .ai, .psd (flattened) or .pdf files only.
Do NOT send native Publisher, Word, or InDesign files. Files built in these and other programs can only be accepted if saved in one of the file formats listed. All files should be built at 300 dpi or higher.
Illustrator CS3 or earlier - cmyk, convert fonts to outlines. and save as an .eps or .ai.

Quark Xpress 7.2 or earlier, Macintosh platform only. If using Quark, be sure to include fonts and associated art files(versions 4.1 and 5 are acceptable)

COLOR ACCURACY - a professional proof is required for true color accuracy in the reproduction of your ad. It is best to send files on CD, and include original photos or layered files, in case color correction needs to be done. At the very least, send an inkjet or laser print with your files. These we will match as closely as possible.
